"Brand new hotel, extremely well prepared, immaculately decorated and equipped. Staff outstandingly courteous and helpful. Location fine, just a five minute walk from old city centre. If I am to be picky, water machine would be better placed mid corridor not at one end and we would prefer 2 chairs in room rather than 2 stools. We would definitely rate it excellent and will stay again"

"The hotel was beautiful, great location and very clean, staff very friendly. We didn't use the spa because we didn't know until after we booked the room and received a email to inform us the pool was not included with standard rooms without a fee which is expensive if you only want a 30 minute swim. But would definitely stay at the hotel again"
