"Cold room, loud and outdated fan right outside your balcony, unfriendly staff ( except one out of the whole team ) zero hospitality, zero customer service training, asked them if I can change rooms since the toilet fan doesn’t work and the loud noise from the heating unit in the balcony and they asked for extra money even though the place was empty, only 2 families in the entire two building. Extremely disappointed, definitely will be my last visit. "
