"Very pleasant experience at our stay. The room was spacious with the separate bathtub in the bath room. The hospitality and the ambience is amazing. We had our dinner at the OKO restaurant was great and the service was amazing. We opted for the room with breakfast which was on the average side with not so much options in my opinion as compared to other 5 star hotels, that was a little downturn for us. I was expecting breakfast to be amazing. Overall, a great experience with the staff who went extra mile to make us feel comfy. Would love to stay again."

Check in process could have been improved with more attentive staff that should smile more and not dismiss us when we ask questions, they also put in a smoking room after requesting non-smoking - however it was easily resolved. the upstairs restaurant food was amazing for dinner and breakfast plus the manager was extremely nice!"

However, there was one significant downside to our otherwise fantastic stay - the washroom drainage issue. Unfortunately, the drainage in the washroom was not functioning properly, which made taking showers a less than pleasant experience. Dealing with standing water while trying to shower is definitely not something you want to encounter during your stay at a hotel. Despite this setback, I must commend the staff for their efforts in trying to address the issue promptly. They were apologetic and tried to assist us as best they could, which we appreciated. It's evident that they care about the comfort of their guests and strive to provide a positive experience overall.
