"Our overall experience was fabulous. Clean, friendly, accessible, beautiful amenities. We did have a situation with guests using flash photography and recording in the hot tubs and were wildly disappointed in how the staff member on at the time addressed it (he really didn't do anything besides quietly and timidly ask them to stop) but maybe he was new, nervous, not good at confrontation so I won't hold it against him. We will definitely visit again! "

The hotel was exceptionally clean from top to bottom—our room was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The service truly stood out. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. A big highlight was the breakfast. It was free, well organized, and surprisingly delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. It exceeded our expectations and added real value to our stay. We also appreciated how dog-friendly the hotel is. Our pet was warmly welcomed, and it was clear that the hotel genuinely accommodates guests travelling with dogs, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding cleanliness, excellent service, a great complimentary breakfast, and a truly pet-friendly environment. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay."
