"Very nice stay all in all. I enjoyed the location close to the Schlossalmbahn and bus station and right in town.
The view from my hotel room (after I upgraded for just 10euros per night) was amazing.
Wish it was more encouraged to enjoy your breakfast and dinner on the nice terrace of the restaurant."
"Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. Ansonsten waren...

The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around...
