Stayed here one night. It was a long day of driving from Quebec City so it was nice that the Rodeway was minutes away just as we got into Gaspe. I honestly liked the room/inn even though it felt a bit "dated".
Coupons to St. Hubert's (10% off dinner and 50% off breakfast) were a nice bonus.
Loved walking distance to great restaurants- just across the street.
I was so pleased that i was able to do my laundry right there on the property at only $2 per load.
And… the walls are so thin that I could hear the person next door coughing!
And on the bottom floor you hear every noise above you.
It is way overpriced too.
It was easy to find and check in and check out was quick. Nice to have the restaurant so close and coupons. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked well.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Property in a great location close to town amenities
Centrally located in Gaspe's downtown core, walkable to main street and water front. Many dining options around. Renovated bathroom, comfortable bed, clean rooms.
Despite the number of rooms, the guests were generally quiet. The staff were kind and well-organized. The short walk to the bay makes it convenient for a stroll.
An older hotel that appears to be in the process of updating; the (older) bathroom was small but worked just fine, and the room was freshly painted, clean and comfortable for a night's stay (our room faced direct sunlight and because of the heat our shades had to be closed making it a very dark room). A few small shops/good restaurants down the hill, and Haldimand beach is a short drive away. Breakfast is available next door, a bonus when on the road travelling! A good Gaspe stop.
This is a normal standard for a motel, the price could be lower considering that a Normandin Hotel and suites 5 times higher in quality than the Rodeway Inn is at the same price.
But we're all good motels, close to restaurants, the port and the water's edge for nice walks.
Good service
