"The room wasn’t clean everyday, we had to request to have our room cleaned. The location is excellent but is too old, not very maintained. Restaurant at the hotel wasn’t good and very expensive for the quality of food. The air conditioning at our room wasn’t working well probably because it is too old. The windows don’t have blackout and the sunlight in the morning was making the room too bright and hot. It’s not worth for the price we paid."

"Our room was small, but perfect for the 2 of us. Breakfast was good for my husband, but I am gluten free and there weren’t many options. Our room had been renovated in some ways, but still needs some cosmetic/minor fixes. The airport shuttle was fantastic and the staff were all very helpful and kind. We are actually going back with our family in July."

"This week has been a particularly tough week for me. But I was excited about yesterday! We were taking our son on his first overnight vacation since he was an infant. The day wasn't great but wasn't terrible, but my son rejected the idea of sleeping somewhere new and had a meltdown. My wife and I decided to take him home (and hour and a half drive) without staying the night and the staff - especially the valet manager - was so lovely and helpful. I literally cried from how sweet and understanding they were as I drove home. A+, would come back either alone or when our son is better traveled. We'll be practicing at family's homes for a bit 😁"
