"Foi informado apenas no local que a garagem ficava há 2 quadras do hotel e que deveria ser paga à parte. Isso é só pra passar no filtro de garagem do site. Lamentável, não retornou mais"

"Quartos simples e antigo, sem Wi-Fi, Televisão antiga e apenas com canais abertos básicos, com cobertas ruins com cheiro de armário e nada padronizadas. O ponto positivo está no café da manhã e na área externa repleta de atividades, mas que serve apenas para viagens em grupos grandes (em casal ou família pequena, não há muita utilidade a área externa). A Hospitalidade é o maior ponto positivo."

"Stay at tha Alven Hotel was ok in General. Front desk staff did not speak English so I used a translator app. Hotel was divided in two (old vs new) areas. I was placed in the old side myself and room had a antique vibe. Room was comfortable but a 32 inch tv too small for the size of the room. The wifi was slow & often disconnected from my tablet. "This property was a huge disappointment. The kitchen was completely unusable - cups, plates, and pans were dirty and greasy, many were damaged, and the drawers were broken. The entire area felt unhygienic and was crawling with cockroaches. Because of this, I couldn’t prepare any meals and had to spend extra money on online food delivery every day, which was not part of my budget.
