"Regular visitor to this great hotel"

"Hair dryer in the room wasn't working. Bath was dirty. Food at buffet during breakfast was pretty cold Bar food on the expensive side for what we got. I stay here every year for athletics comps but this year the price was crazy for what we got so I will be looking elsewhere for next time unfortunately."

"The room was spotless and comfortable bed. Lovely and warm for a cold February days. The check in staff lovely and polite as well as check out staff. Also the restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. However I found the breakfast staff a bit grumpy and not as friendly. "

"The room was clean. But for example in my room the carpet had big stains. Which just isn't very nice to see. Staff were all great when my key card stopped working twice. The bar and breakfast was nice. I checked in a couple hours early as the room was ready but then had someone walk into my room as I was unpacking. She apologised and quickly left. Then half an hour later another staff member wanted to come in but this time he knocked just in case there was someone in there. When I answered the door he said oh you're already checked in okay thank you. I had the do not disturb sign hanging on door from them on. It's nothing amazing but probably the best accomodation you will get in this town. The food was quite tasty actually so that was nice in a town that didn't have too many options. "
