If you get locked out and it’s freezing cold outside may as well go sleep in your car. Their phone number didn’t work, and their office door was locked. I honestly wouldn’t stay here.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa by IHG
The property exterior was clean, well lit, and had ample parking. The room was clean but the shower had cracks in the corners which needed to be recaulked. The rug in the room was also worn, just in the area where the hard floor transitions to rug.
