"My wife and I recently stayed here, and as she has mobility issues, we specifically requested an accessible room. We were very pleased with the overall accommodation and found the room to be comfortable. While we had a great stay, I would note for future guests with limited mobility that the toilet bowl height felt a bit low and the bed was slightly high. Despite these minor points, we had a very positive experience. This is our second visit in two years, and we will definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Kelowna."

"We stayed in room 49 which has 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch. Room is very large and has a covered deck so you sit outside. Very clean and fully stocked kitchen. Anything we needed we called down to office and the items were delivered very quickly. Lovely location. Very close to the beach and restaurants."

"Great place to stay for the price. This hotel is right across the from the beach & lake, you can't really beat the location & there's plenty of dining options within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly & accommodating; I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Penticton."

"Although the motel is next to a very busy noisy highway, it was pretty quiet when the room door was closed. There is a wonderful coffee and breakfast spot nearby called Crick at a local cidery. We walked there (10 min) and the food and coffee were very good."

"We had an amazing stay I didn’t like our first room so the front desk person was amazing in accommodating us with a larger nicer room for an upgrade cost but it was worth it. We plan on visiting again in the summer but this time for a week there’s just so much to do in Summerland ."
