"What a beautiful Band B! Alphonso was welcoming and professional. The room looked exactly like the photos with every amenity one could possibly need. Bed was comfortable with nice linens. The breakfast options were plentiful and the coffee was excellent. The view was beautiful and if the weather had been warmer we would have sat outside on the deck to enjoy the view. Excellent property. We will stay again if we are in the West Kelowna area."

"The staff were nice and the room was clean but it was very run down. The elevator smelled so bad I had to hold my breath until I got off. The pool and hot tub were not available. The electric heat took several hours to get the room up to 20° and the ice bucket had no lid. Even if the pool and hot tub had been working, the hours are limited because of the atrium design, so if you're only staying one night because you're there for a show, you don't have any time to use them. They say they are renovating in the fall of 2026 so maybe it will be better then. They were very good about refunding my money and because they were so helpful, I will definitely give them another try after renovations."

"Property is tired in many areas. Beds and bedding are not great. Definitely not up to the standard and price per night. Location however is great."

"We were greeted by the most lovely staff member who also upgraded our room upon arrival. The room was spacious and clean and the pool and hottub were perfect temp and they even had a staff member watching water slide area. Loved the bar and snack area and the fire pit outside. Very nice feature. Looking forward to going back!"
