"This was our second time at Gasthif Fraundorfer. We've not been disappointed again. The owners and staff our friendly and welcoming. The food, whether breakfast or dinner is great. It's right in a pedestrian zone with ither restaurants and shopping. I look forward to returning. "

"Room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the mountains from our balcony. Some parts are a bit dated but they have made upgrades where needed, including the excellent pool and spa facilities. Friendly service from all the staff and an excellent breakfast spread - really enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice machine! Location is convenient for driving but is a 15-20 minute walk to central Garmisch. There's a bus stop right outside but it's only hourly (at least in September) so check the schedule."

"Lots of facilities we could have used but we were only there for 24 hours. Pool was fab, and a 10 min walk along to some shops and restaurants. Driveway was up a steep hill, but that gave us great views across to the ski jump too. Breakfast buffet was lovely and not too busy despite us going quite late in the serving times. We had a family room which had two separate bedrooms and a dining area and 2 bathrooms"
