The staff was beyond accomdating to the point that we were shaking hands and calling each other by our first names on a daily basis. The location was perfect. " The electrical plug is not necessarily included in the international multi plug adapters. The ARA Hotel/Apartment was booked and accessible via WhatsApp text instructions. The remote Reception Team was very responsive and helpful. The front door had a login code, the apartment key was in a locked key box in the lobby. Passport verification with cell phone photo copies, checkin instructions and codes were all communicated via WhatsApp. Housekeepers are the only staff on site. Appliances, utensils for dining and cooking were all available in the kitchen. The queen size bed was firm and the linen was nice. The AC was a little noisy! Extra towels were requested via WhatsApp and received promptly! This property is located at Palermo, Buenos Aires. Food markets and a pharmacy are all within a block. The neighborhood is leafy, pedestrian safe (including at night) and filled with plenty of dining choices. Bus lines are nearby and Uber was quick to appear. A little bit of living local which we enjoyed! "

"The hotel is generally a bit "worn around the edges" but many other points more than make up for it. Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food (both at the free breakfast and the on site restaurant), a gorgeous pool, lots of nearby amenities. Spent nearly the full time of our trip (~10 days) just in and around the area of the hotel, with just a few easy car trips down to the heart of the city for the extra culture and experience. "
