"We loved our stay at Hotel Flaminia! It is a beautiful property in the heart of town. The lakeside restaurant and provided breakfast were excellent amenities. The room was lovely and clean! Though it mentions that there is private parking, it does cost an extra 20 euros which I do wish had been included in the original description. The staff are lovely, welcoming, and very helpful. Even though it wasn’t yet the peak of summer, they were able to provide us with swimming towels to take a dip in the lake. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the beautiful town of Sirmione."

"Everything from the location, amenities, staff, park to the rear and access to the lake was excellent! Fantastic hotel in one of the most picturesque settings i've visited. Room had amazing views of the snow capped mountains, the park and the lake. "The front desk staff were mean. They are not welcoming at all. They seem to have forgotten that they are in the hospitality industry. There was no bell man upon my arrival. Additionally, On my departure when I asked for a bell man it felt like pulling teeth. When they finally agreed to provide the bell man, he only brought my heavy bags and only to the front desk and not closet or into my car. Overall, the customer service was poor"
