"THEY SAID THEY WERE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. I CALLED A WEEK BEFORE OUR CHECK IN DATE TO MAKE SURE THE INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB WAS WORKING(because we had rain all week) AND AVAILABLE ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND 2026 AND NO IT WAS NOT, the POOL WAS OPEN BUT THE HEAT PUMP WENT OUT A WEEK BEFORE WE CAME AND ..."
