"This hotel was absolutely beautiful. I stayed in a King suite and it was like something out of a movie. Most important however is the fact that it was pristine in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. It was perfectly appointed from the comfortable bed, large pillows to the fluffy towels and bathrobes. The king suite also came with a small wet-bar area, mini fridge, and keurig coffee maker. The room was spacious, with a comfortable sitting area and plenty of natural light. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Check in and check out were seamless. Staff made excellent restaurant recommendations and had umbrellas on hand for us to use on a drizzly evening. Complimentary breakfast is served in a small dining room in the basement. The food was delicious and there was something for everyone in terms of choices. I had bacon and eggs one day and yogurt , granola and fruit the next. The hotel’s location was perfect for our needs. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops we wanted to visit. Free on site parking was a bonus as well. I cannot recommend this charming hotel enough!"
"BREAKFEST:
Bring your own Utensils.
The breakfast buffet is with paper plates and the most useless soft plastic fork, knives and spoons.
It's a real challenge to try and cut anything.
It should be renamed Finger Food Buffet."
"The staff was very accommodating to getting us a room closer together for my sister and I. They were gracious and kind d and helped us by showing us the layout of the rooms. Well done everyone! We enjoyed your facilities and being on PEI! A beautiful hotel property."
"The hotel was very well located in the downtown core. Walking distance to everything. the beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. Good size bathroom. I would recommend this hotel."
"The BATHROOM was horrible..mold or dirt at the bottom corner of the tub,gap with dirt in a few of the tub tiles. The hook ripped out of bathroom door leaving holes in the door, some of the white towels were not white but grimy Grey, the hot water for the tub went very very slow.
FLOOR.. carpet had rips in it
BEDS..THE ONE NEAR THE WINDOW has lumps and a metal edge to the mattress. The mattress on the right bed is very firm.
LIGHT ..the floor lamp and it's electrical outlet didn't work.
We didn't use any of the utensils in the room
So don't know ow if they work"
"Staff were beyond friendly for the 2 out of 3 days we were there but being told we were no longer able to have our late checkout with no apology or reason given was not a nice way to end a wonderful weekend."
