"Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, great surrounding area. It was nice to be situated near so many different restaurants and shops so we can enjoy our time in the city. The only sticking point about the hotel was the housekeeping. They had left what I think was their master key in the room twice during our four-night stay, and they sometimes forgot to replace the bathrobe.
