"The room was very clean but handwash was empty and toilet paper positioned at the back of the toilet bowl. Hard to reach. More lighting over the tea and coffee area would be good. Great area for shopping or medical appointments in the city."

"Always a nice stay here. Upgraded to a king room with city view which was nice & very good value including a free brekky & car parking, which is right next door to the hotel. Location is so convenient for tram, shopping & restaurants. Staff are always so helpful & welcoming."
