Garden Grove hotel rooms a the Good Nite Inns

"The hotel was clean. Every staff member was polite and helpful. The Christmas decorations were festive. The only issue I had was the parking fee. As a guest of the hotel why am I paying to park at the hotel. The parking is not covered or secure.. This is purely corporate greed. Stop taking advantage of your customers!!"

"This was her first time we had a Disneyland trip for the whole family. The service was amazing. The customer service from whichever department you spoke to us, so always friendly and understanding and will be going back soon. Hopefully."

"As a family of 5 with three teenagers it was great to have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms for busy days. The breaks was excellent with lots of options for everyone’s needs. We only encountered one not so pleasant staff member at check in, everyone else was wonderful. The only negatives I have is the horrible rep at check in (no smile, didn’t tell me what I was being charged, didn’t offer the Marriott promotion going on, didn’t tell us about the holiday stuff they had going on for guests.) thankfully we had other family members checking in with another rep that was fabulous! She told us about the daily little extra things they had for guests (free cookies, hot chocolate night etc) and the scratch off game they had for Marriott members which saved me $90 by winning a $10 parking pass!! The beds are very firm so they were uncomfortable for us. My 13 year old tried to sleep on the pullout sofa and certain areas felt like you were being poked by a nail which was horrible to sleep on so we didn’t end up using it."

"The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast and afternoon happy hour punctual and generous. The location was ideal and close to the Convention Center. The front desk staff very helpful and customer service very good. "

"Absolutely amazing, staff was wonderful, the cleaning ladies do a beautiful job, bar and restaurant was perfect. I can’t say enough about there staff they were just lovely and the building was very clean. As well as your close to many other restaurants and activities. Well worth my work adventure. I will return to this hotel with family. "
