This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The carpet was disgusting and stained, the body wash and shampoo and conditioner were all nearly gone, there was no tv or internet or ac. The most disturbing thing as that it was not secure. The door kept opening off and on all night from wind or other doors slamming. The chain on the door was missing. Very unhappy. A cleaning fee was added on which was not disclosed and we paid $200 for this. The man who checked us in was efficient and nice.
Check in was NOT as explained. You go into a little room. Noone was there. There are mail boxes and a sign that said you'd be emailed a code for the room. I wasn't. I did get something saying our room number, so I checked that box. It was opened and no key inside. The note by the boxes said to call a number. It was an invalid number. My husband googled the motel and he got a different number. When he called , they hung up on him. And didn't answer when he called back.
I went to the attached pizza shop and asked if they knew anything. They gave me a key. They didn't ask for verification, ID or anything. So a little concerning.
The room was fine. The AC worked well. For the location, it was a decent price, but definitely not a luxury place.
No light bulb in bedside table lamp, toilet flush high pitched, loud & whiney, hole in wall in entry, wires exposed for smoke detector or entry light, no closet or bar to hold hanging clothes, check in & out next door at pizzeria, no top sheet on 1 of the beds. Only mirror bathroom cabinet by sink, debris on glass shelf inside.
Staff friendly & helpful.
Rooms are not represented by the pictures. Rather than stay there. We chose to drive on even though we couldn't get a refund. No TV extension. Cords laying on the floor. Barely beds,
I understand it's supply and demand and I scheduled on a Thursday night for the weekend, but for $280 per night, you would think they could at least afford a TV and WIFI. All there was was a small $50 microwave. Additionally, there were no instructions on how to check in so I went around to the back and there is a check-in room with 2 doors. They didn't answer either and I sat there for 10 mins. There is a pizza restaurant attached to the hotel rooms and finally someone passed by and said to check in in the restaurant. I suppose they own both the restaurant and the hotel. They could at least put a sign in the check-in room if no one is going to be there with instructions to check in in the restaurant. The room was somewhat recently remodeled, but the tub is junk and it's clearly a low budget remodel. I just can't believe they would charge $280 per night and not even have WIFI or a TV. How much are 40 inch TVs these days? $150? NOT impressed at all and will never go there again.
there's really not a check in desk, you go to the pizza restaurant to get your keys. Our room had a new TV that requires you to download a Visio app to watch. The only problem is you have to have WIFI. this room had one bar and the TV could not connect to it. The maintenance guy stopped by and he couldn't get it working. Was told electrician are working on this so we got to sit in our room with no TV and no WIFI. The beds are terrible very uncomfortable. The HVAC unit sits right above the beds and blows on you every time the unit turns on. The lake is impossible to get to from the property no access we could find.

The place is old, dated and over priced for what it is.
Check in process was terrible. No person onsite. Incorrect instructions posted about self check in. Listed a phone number to call for checkin that no one answered.
When I arrived at the place, it was difficult for me to check it out. The bathroom has problems with the shower, the water stagnates and the shower is dirty.

They didn’t have a room they overbooked, refund my money
I paid NOT to stay there…I checked in and said “Hell no!!” I checked out the room, which as horrible…the bathroom was even worse, no towels, if you were to take a shower, you would have to dry off with a hand towel…and the Fridge didn’t even have a door on it… the “lake view” room didn’t have a window were you could even see the lake…we didn’t want to catch something, so we ended up driving back to Logan.
Not one thing it was the worst experience and stay I have ever had. I kid you not my granddaughter when we first drive up sees a little jungle gym. She begs me to go over I said sure before we even get into the hotel. There are bugs everywhere. Then there are two portable fire pits. It looks like someone had tried to burn a cover of a sofa. The pieces were everywhere. I told her that we could not go back. We have not even got into our hotel room when someone is coming up to us and saying did you call for toilet paper. I said I have not even been into the room and someone comes out of their hotel that was us. We get into the hotel room and I turned to my daughter and said we cannot stay here with the girls. I walked into the bathroom bugs everywhere the floor is molded out. My granddaughter had a cold and I was worried the mold would cause her to get worse. We saw that the policy is that we can only cancel the day before we arrived. So I said ok girls get your swim suits on we are out of here. We stayed at the lake as late as we could. We went back only to sleep and even then my daughter put a chair under the knob the person that gave us the key did not sounded like he only spoke Russian. We had no idea if we were even safe. We could not turn off the airconditioning. I had a hard time sleeping because we only had a very thin top cover and sheets. We could not turn off the air. Again we stayed away all day saturday and left on sunday as soon as we got up.
It was horrible. No A/C. No screen on windows. No TV. No WiFi. So gross I don’t know how the are in business. We cut our trip short and left a day early because it was unbearable.
Double charged us. No AC. No staff. No clean towels available. Run down and old. Had a box fan covered in dust to use when it was hot. Would neber recommend this location to anyone
In the first room the bed was tilted. Would have rolled right out. Next room had bugs. I have pictures. Two light bulbs missing. Another light bulb twisted right off. I would never stay there again. $150 was charged to Pay Pal acct before arriving. They charged another $45. I want my money back.
This place is an absolute dive. It was built 50+ years ago and has not been kept up. The mattresses and blankets seemed about that old as well. The bathroom was missing tiles. There were bugs and spiders visible around the room. When I first walked into the room, it was clear that someone had slept in the bed and the room had not been cleaned. This was the definition of a dive.
