Higher quality than expected for price

Very good price for the quality of the room. Desk clerk was knowledgeable and experienced (often not the case!). He was able to resolve a booking problem in which only one room of the two we had booked online had been changed to a corrected date on a “non-refundable” reservation! Very grateful for that.

This was a good place to stop for the night. The carpet in our room was worn out by the door. However, there was new carpet in the lobby so it was going to be replaced. Our beds were comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

Hotel was under construction which was not listed online. Pool was closed, ice machine & vending machines on each floor did not work, toilet would not flush correctly without plunger, beds were very uncomfortable. Staff was absolutely amazing & very accommodating. Breakfast was great.
