Avignon highlight.  Ancient Roman aqueduct built to bring water to the city of Nimes, a city where Roman Generals retired.
This was a beautiful morning at the Roman Aquaduct, the tallest in the Roman Empire.  Travelling in Provence in the winter seems to mean no crowds, but pleasant weather by Canadian standards!
We swung by Uzes on market day, which just added to the allure of this beautiful town.
