"가족 여행으로 오랜만에 찾은 시에나였습니다. 매번 찾을 때마다 다른 오성급보다도 친절한 서비스에 늘 기분이 좋았습니다. 이번에도 다르지 않았고 기대했던 것 이상으로 만족 스런 여행이었습니다. 수영장에 있는 라이프가드분들 아마 국내 호텔중 가장 친절하고 프로페셔널 하지 않나 싶습니다. "

"Wonderful hotel. View from our room was incredible, and amazing to have our own jacuzzi with that view. It is a smaller hotel which suited us, so it was quiet but with lots of nice restaurants and cafes a few minutes walk away (the restaurant round the corner with boar photo on the outside had the best bbq we had in Korea, and found out later it is award winning). Staff are very nice and attentive. Loved the little touches e.g. they had set up the traditional korean games featured in squid games to try out in the games room. Breakfast was very varied too. We wish we could have stayed for longer!"

"I loved how much they value cleanliness. My sheets were fresh everyday. I also had laundry done that came back fresh and pressed. The grounds around the property are gorgeous, and the pool entertainment is really good. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Best place we’ve ever stayed at. The front desk was incredible and very nice. He was able to communicate with us in English perfectly. The black pork and abalone soup were delicious. The beds were divine. The in room hot spring was transcendental. All staff members were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!!! "

"가격 대비 모든 것이 훌륭함 특히 범섬뷰는 여기서만 느낄 수 있는 최고의 뷰임 실외수영장도 객실 규모 대비 큰편이고 시설 전체적으로 깔끔함 숙소 근처 도로 산책, 러닝하기도 좋고 피트니스 시설은 대충 트레드밀 몇개 갖다놓은 수준 아니고 덤벨은 무게별로 충실히 있고 스미스 머신이랑 랫풀다운, 하체 다 있어서 부위별로 운동 다 할 수 있음 다음에도 제주도 오면 여기로 올 예정"
