"This is a nice Swiss hotel. The shower is very small by American standards and there is no air conditioning. If it is unusually hot that would be an issue. It is clean and well appointed. I have stayed several times and will do so again. "

"The main hotel building is pretty good, cozy, recently renovated, however the annex building is far from that - it has a vibe of 1980s apartment complex, also not the cleanest. Views are lovely, as well as the area around. The breakfast is pretty bad - choices are limited, quantity is such that everything runs out quickly and, generally, the restaurant is far from great, offering canteen-quality food at Michelin-starred prices."

"This hotel is just a Home Run! Great decor, modern but warm; great location, just take the staircase out the back courtyard to the Old Town. Excellent breakfast in a lovely setting. Staff are fabulous - helpful in every request. Nicolas even phoned our cruise line to find out the exact docking location, which had changed since our previous notification. You will love this hotel."

"My family (spouse and two young adult daughters) had a wonderful two night stay in a family room (a suite of two bedrooms and one bathroom--though the bathroom was accessible only through one of the bedrooms). The rooms were all white and very peaceful. The bar was lovely with a great range of meal options, including affordable sandwiches). Though only caveat was a lack of air conditioning, though each bedroom had a large fan and large operable windows. "
