"Our room was clean and nice. The breakfast was very slim so we decided to forgo the breakfast option. Staff were nice. When we were checking in - there was a group of people eating lunch I assume at the front tables and they were a little loud so it was slightly hard to understand/hear the front desk staff. Other than that we would stay there again if we were in the area"

"I love the Double Tree Hotels! The beds are always comfortable, I love the Crab Tree and Evelyn products they supply and who doesn't like a warm cookie at check in. This Double Tree in Wilkes-Barre did not disappoint. It was clean and every thing was kept up. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate a quick dinner in their restaurant before going to a play. We just had burgers but they were very good and again, wait staff was very friendly. Their is road construction at the bottom of the hill which was only a very minor inconvenience, but this location is way up on a hill and you do not here any noise."

"For being in essentially the middle of nowhere, I was impressed by the Beaumont Inn. Might have gotten 5 stars, but... Check-in was a bit confusing because you walk in the front door and there is a door to your left that says DINING and a door to the right that says LOUNGE -- no indication of where to enter for LODGING. Plus, when we arrived at 3:30 p.m., the doors were locked. We thought we had to go in a different door because, again, the signage was not helpful. At check-out, no one was to be found, so I just left the key on the desk. Overall, clean. Restaurant was pricey for the area, but the food was good. Water and Keurig in the hallway. Blueberry scone in the morning was a nice surprise. Quaint, decently comfortable, and clean ."
