"Wonderful stay at a wonderful property! The suites are clean and modern, have every accommodation you could think of like fridge, plates, coffee. Nice parking area but also great street parking when not busy. The view is stunning both ways from the balcony. The staff are very friendly and welcoming! It is in the heart of the city near the beach so there are lots of shops and dining all around. I very much enjoyed my stay here and will stay again whenever I come back! "

"Fantastic! I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Diaz. The Beautiful rolling countryside and coastline reminicent of North Yorkshire on a rare hot day! I made new friends! :) However, the village is somewhat isolated unless you have access to a car. The slow pace may well suit some. Unfortunately, the local railway servicing the smaller villages was abandoned some 15 years ago, in favour of the high-speed intercity railway, which is limited to servicing major towns and cites only. " Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffett was very nice. Room was small but adequate. Mattress was a bit hard for my comfort but ok for a few nights. Area was wall to wall hotels and beach goers over running the place. Very crowded beach. North of town a mile or so the beach was much wider and quite as crowded. "

"The toilet bowl is very small and uncomfortable. The pinnacle of convenience, however, is the shower, which is a headset that deliberately has no place to put it, so that you can only hold it with your hand. You have to wash your head with one hand. When asked to the owner of the hotel, why this is so, he calmly answered - "to save water"."
