"We arrived via the not fit to drive at night broken road and upon arriving decided NOT to stay even though we had paid. The hotel pics must be very old as it looks like something from a horror film. Flaky paint, badly kept gardens and flies in our room. We handed back the key and left. The road to the property is horrendous. Don't even think about going anywhere for dinner and back....it's not safe....awful"

"Stayed at B. & B Il Castellino in March 2025, after seeing a positive review. Sadly, our stay was not good at all, and we were happy to leave. The biggest problem was very poor communication from management about the true status of services. We arrived by train, and there was no taxi or bus service. "Nice little B&B , comfortable rooms with everything needed. Breakfast had a large variety of food and was tasty. If you are parking in the lot they suggest, pack very light. Bit of a walk in and a few sets of stairs. Great value for money ."
