"this really is a good hotel in the Gangnam area of Seoul. Definitely an urban location with small rooms, but the price is reasonable and the location is great...very near a subway stop and a very large underground mall. Staff was always super helpful. Our room was comfortable...the mattress was great! The shower was great. There was little space for luggage or to spread things out. Otherwise, this was a great place."

"Nice stay at this conveniently located hotel. Everything functioned fairly well. Drainage in the bathroom was a little awkward, but there were plenty of towels provided to keep things dry. Check-in was a little rude, but was quick. The restaurants in the area were great and very nearby. I would stay here again."

"Clean, modern, business luxury type hotel. Location is decent (right above coex and 2 metro stations). Taxis are a problem especially during rush hour. For foreigners, it is particularly even more difficult as 1) there is basically no flagging down taxis even at the hotel as all taxis even when dropping off are committed to others who ordered online and 2) to order online for foreigners is particularly cumbersome since foreign credit cards on these platforms are almost never accepted. The staff there will definitely help but even they cannot reserve online (since the hotel is on a major road and during rush hour, no driver will commit to going there) nor force a dropoff to pick you up. 3) You should plan to not be able to get a taxi during rush hour. So 6pm dinner reservations mean you should start trying to get a taxi no later than at 4:30 or else subway with the masses at 5pm. That said, if taxi is what you luck out on, it is very inexpensive compared to north american standards. An hour ride with traffic will be about 10USD. The metro stations while literally at the hotel is convenient but also in an inconvenient way. You are basically in the middle between the northern most and southern most points along a circular route (where most relevant transfers to other lines are) which means you have to travel to those transfer points (and it takes time). Bank 40 min each way for subway commute to any typical tourist area you will visit."

"Nice hotel located in Wirye, just outside the Seoul city limits in a charming residential town. It offers easy access to Seoul by subway or taxi, with Lotte World Tower only about a 15-minute drive away and convenient access to Gangnam. I think this hotel is a great choice for families who want to explore Seoul while staying in a quieter, more residential neighborhood. The area has its own unique charm and local atmosphere, offering visitors a different side of Korea beyond the typical tourist districts. It sat in the middle of Korean apartment town with nice river park for walking or jogging. Also many cute restaurants within the walking distance. The room was clean and spacious. Also had a balcony with outside seatings, which i wish i could have enjoyed with take out foods. Only down size is that one or two of the towels did not smell clean. (I hope the hotel staffs sees this to prevent such incidents in the future) Amenities like swimming pool had its time limits and extra fees, which we ended up not using."
