"Villa Nai 3.3 offers more than just a place to stay; it’s a luxurious, serene experience nestled in a century-old olive grove. With only a few rooms, the atmosphere is peaceful and exclusive, giving the impression of a private retreat. The olive oils produced on-site have won prestigious international awards, and the owner may personally offer a complimentary tour if he’s around. The cuisine is refined and of high quality, making dining elsewhere unnecessary during the stay. While the 7-course...
"Very high quality stay at the hotel Kali. Very convenient access to all attractions. Professional staff and very friendly reception service. It was our pleasure to visit this place! Very recommended."
"Very quaint, very clean. The owner was super pleasant and accommodating, the food was wonderful. Great view from our balcony! We couldn’t have been happier. I would definitely recommend! "
"I was just searching for a hotel near Krka National Park. I didn't realize it was on the beach. The beach location gave us a pleasant evening and lots of good dining options.
The breakfast was excellent."
"Do not spend the money for this horribly outdated hotel! You are much better off staying at an "apartment" that one of the locals can provide. I am not an overly picky hotel guest, and I come from a Croatian background, so I normally cut hotels some slack in Croatia, knowing that they are not quite what I would expect in North America, but I couldn't wait to leave this horrible relic from the old communist days of tourism. I cannot stress enough how much I didn't enjoy it! There is NO way that...
"Nicely appointed, super clean little two-bedroom apartment with a decently stocked kitchen. Super convenient, with beach access and close to supermarkets and 15 min from downtown Zadar. Nikolina is a great host."
"I would like to say that I was very disappointed that you have to buy your own water when dinning. It’s as if they are cashing in on your need to drink water with your meal. Water is an everyday need for survival.
I think you really need to look at this as many others talked about this also while I was there as was very disappointed! "
"Super friendly and welcoming. Easy parking and excellent restaurant attached. Ideal for those who prefer towns over cities. Feline friends about outside as well. "

"Beautiful hotel, fabulous rooms, beautiful a la carte restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant for half board evening meal- terrible! Like a bad motorway cafeteria, not enough trained staff and awful food. So we ate out! "
"Late night beach/bar music thumping until late.
Sounded like in my room at times.
Nice folks. Room decor dated big time.
BUT one night stay and nice to see Vodice"

The olive oils produced on-site have won prestigious international awards, and the owner may personally offer a complimentary tour if he’s around. The cuisine is refined and of high quality, making dining elsewhere unnecessary during the stay. While the 7-course tasting menu is impressive, it includes 10 courses, which can feel a bit heavy. Homemade croissants are occasionally underbaked, but overall the food is excellent, and the signature cocktails by the pool are a must-try. The only suggestion for improvement would be to add a pillow menu. In short, Villa Nai 3.3 delivers a tranquil, high-end experience that fully justifies its price."
"Gorgeous view of the Adriatic, with an awesome pool. Very helpful people.
Good food right on site. On the waterfront with all the shops and restaurants. It's really a resort!"
