Easy check in Great views from our “sea view” rooms and so close to the sea and many restaurants nearby. We walked everywhere. Breakfast was tasty (given we found it tasty and satisfying even on Day 5) Big shout out to tall man at the omelette /egg counter! 😊 Very patient and kept dishing out whatever we asked for Easy place to relax and enjoy. Gym could do with a bit more equipment. Great place to stay in Gandia! Bobby & James

Beautiful hotel. My booking was not confirmed by Expedia, it took me around 45 minutes to sort it on the chat line but they were great as were staff. Great amenities, pool was beautiful and close to beach and restaurants.

Great location

The hotel is ideally located, close to the beach and shops and not far from the port. The bar and restaurant serves a pleasing variety of dishes and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The junior suite is nice, the beds are very large and comfortable. We only stayed for 1 evening so the room was great, however there isn't much storage space for longer stays.

Lovely one night stop Over - have given 4 not 5 stars because the nice restaurant wasn’t open, and bar food was nice but limited menu and basic meals (hot dogs burgers pizza and grilled fish or meat) Also there was a stagnant water smell in our room and the wc cubicle was very small Otherwise all good

No customer care

New modern hotel very impersonal with no customer care at all. Staff at the front desk, bar or even spa seemed bothered by guests presence. The room had an individual temperature thermostat that did not work because the whole hotel was set to heat. It was 85 degrees each day outside and an oven inside, it took the mgr 2 days of complaining to finally address it, they did not care at all!

I have now stayed at the senator hotel on four occasions, it is a top class hotel. The cleanliness is outstanding, the staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff are outstanding friendly and obviously work as a team.
