"We stayed at the new section of the hotel called the loft. Our room was fabulous - large and well decorated with ample cupboard space and a comfortable sitting area. Breakfast was copious with a considerable variety of choice. The staff however was not up to par. They did not give us a key to enter the hotel from the garage which caused us some difficultly when we arrived; they failed to tell us we needed to make a reservation to use the sauna; and they forgot to have our room cleaned. We would have appreciated a more attentive staff. However we enjoyed our stay at this hotel."

"Stayed in this Hotel thinking it would be just a night, but had a such a lovely time in this little town that we wanted to extend it. They also were so kind to help give us an additional half day extension on the 2nd day as our train out was quite late in the evening. What a wonderful experience with such a friendly and welcoming service. Our best experience of Finland Overall."
