I ended up having a medical emergency and had to change my travel plans and stayed three nights. The staff was most helpful and rarely have had such caring customer service. "

"We had a superior King room which I'm glad we did as it wasn't particularly big bur was quite quirky, bed was comfortable and huge, breakfast was superb and Hotel was very central my only gripe was the lifts of which there are 4, one is used expressly for staff, one was broken during the whole of our stay (5 days) and one of the remaing 2 broke which left one lift for a hotel with 13 floors"

Efficient bathroom, great amenities (the cold pool was unbelievable and unbelievably appreciated in the 2025 extremely hot and humid summer). Just a great place. Great breakfast but on the expensive side (…). "
