"The room was dirty. Sticky tables, the floor was very dirty. Hair in the shower on the walls. Broken furniture, drapes did not shut all the way. "

"Nice location, convenient to attractions in North Vancouver. Property looks a bit rough from the outside, but it is quite nice inside. Breakfast is adequate, but the variety if minimal. We would stay there again, since the price is competitive for the local market."

"The staff were very kind and helpful, the courtyard was cool, lots of people sitting outside, it has a fountain, lights and lots of plants. Pretty central, lots of stores, restaurants near by. Would stay again!"

"The hotel has an excellent location. It is walking distance to Stanley Park and very easy access to public transportation. That though is the only positive thing I can say. The hotel was filthy. The room was not made with towels on the floor and beds and made. We told them, and an hour two later the room was made up. That was the only time the cleaning crew came into the room over our four nights stay. They did not make the beds change the linens or the towels. And the towels were so old that they were falling apart. The bathroom was old and dirty. There was dust caked on to the walls. There was a fire door at the top of the stairway with the sign that said for fire protection the door must be closed at all times. I think I saw it closed one time over the four night stay. I was sadly disappointed."
