"The room was nice, but dated. There was still garbage from the previous guest in there. There were three small square pillows on a queen size bed, no microwave. Disappointed the jacuzzi didn’t work even though it was shown in the ad. Breakfast was good. Staff were awesome, very helpful and accommodating!!"

"The property was located in a quiet and naturally landscaped neighborhood of the UBC community. I had booked a queen room but eventually got a twin bed. There was no air conditioning in the room. Just a table fan. The standard of hygiene was suspect. The sheets, although laundered, had an oil stain and the pillowcase had make up marks which were missed in the laundry. Our shower curtain rod fell down the first time we used it. The paint was peeling off the walls. Parking was expensive at $26/day. Breakfast was very adequate and basic and the servers were abrupt."
