"Very nice clean safe place to stay. The bed was firm yet very comfortable for me but a little too firm for my son. Breakfast was a nice assortment but mostly carb heavy. They did have breakfast sandwich sandwiches with egg & bacon or egg & sausage which was good to have some protein with all those carbs.
Check in & check out staff were excellent.
There was plenty of parking but not much in the way of disabled parking for wheelchairs. There were disabled spots, but nowhere to put out a ramp.
The only snafu that we had was the wheelchair. We requested a ground level floor with two beds. That meant we were in a room that wasn’t necessarily a Wheelchair room. The first room they put me in was very nice and spacious and would’ve been perfect except for the fact, there was a 8 inch steps to get up into the room. We were put in a different room that only had a 2 inch lip to get into which was doable for my chair, but the room was definitely smaller and tighter and so the wheelchair had to stay right at the entrance, which made it a little difficult.
The only real Wheelchair room is a one bed and for some reason my adult son didn’t want to share a bed with me.
Impressed the front desk staff took into consideration suggestions for making the hotel more accessible, including moving the tables so Wheelchair can get through the breakfast easier and investing in portable ramp so people can get in& out of rooms with a step. Hoping they follow through.
Will stay there again.
