"The hotel is very well done. The hotel and elevators smells nice. The staff that we dealt with treated us very nice, was very welcoming and asked if we wanted their signature cookie. You can see the hotel lobby and bar area from the elevators because it's glass windows, not enclosed like a regular elevator. You can sit at the bar and watch tv while you're getting you cocktail on and possibly having something to eat. They were decorating the Xmas tree while we were there. They have plenty of parking. I think if you come out of the hotel and go down the road you have different stores and places to eat. The rooms are so comfortable even the studio rooms are spacious enough. They have bath mats to put down so you don't slip in the shower because there's no grip on the bottom of the shower floor. They have a pool that's a bit bigger than other hotels (usually it's like a big bathtub), the water was quite warm my husband said which is not good for any kind of exercise. When I went to see the pool the room was chilly like a draft which you don't' want to feel if you're warm in the water. The workout room is kind of small my husband said, at least it's there if you want to do any kind of workout, treadmill, weights etc... The one thing that was a bit surprising is that there are no USB ports to charge your phone. I happened, for once, to leave my plug in charger home,we had the usb charger but there were no ports. They had plenty of outlets to plug in, which was amazing. I loved it."

"We stay here every year, for Thanksgiving and Christmas, to see family. The property is well maintained, nice breakfast, nice happy hour with bar and restaurant on property. A small fitness center, and a decent sized pool and hot tub. The staff is always very nice, and the only minor complaint I could give is that the property should not dictate or override individual room comfort controls. In the winter, good luck cooling your room down. Other than that, it’s walkable to a wide variety of restaurants, stores, services, a regal cinema and grocery store. "

"Large and clean rooms, friendly staff, price is good, breakfast has a good variety! Only downside is lack of parking. Parking garage is only a block away though, and there is a loading / unloading area right in front of the hotel entrance. Go there first to check in, unload and get your parking pass, then park in the garage."
