"Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The view was absolutely stunning, and I was genuinely surprised by the size of the room. It is rare to find such spacious and comfortable accommodations, and it made the trip that much more relaxing.
The staff was truly the highlight of the experience. They are hands down some of the best I have ever encountered. Whether I needed help with directions around the city or advice on finding the best local restaurant in town, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
I am already looking forward to my next trip to Florence, and I won't be looking anywhere else. I will only be staying here!"
