"Reception staff were a little brusque and unfriendly but the staff in the cafe and the chambermaids were very friendly. The room was comfortable and had a lovely sea view. We’ve stayed in more than 20 hotels in the last 3 years in several countries and this was the first one that didn’t provide tea/coffee making facilities in the room which is disappointing for a 4* hotel"
