"The location of the hotel is excellent; however, the property is currently undergoing renovations, which impacted the overall experience. Cleanliness in the common areas could be improved: hallway carpets appeared dirty and not vacuumed, with noticeable construction dust. The dust also affected my allergies, and I had to purchase medication during my stay. The check-in area was not fully set up, and basic amenities such as water were not available on-site, requiring a trip next door. The rooms appear to be partially renovated, but there is still room for improvement, particularly with the mattress and pillows. I’m hopeful that once the renovations are completed, the experience will significantly improve, as the location is excellent, right next to Kroger, the convention center, the beach, and several dining options."
