"Got charged for early check in...we were a little bit early but not much. I asked for a bottom room wife is handicapped He put us totally around the back of the building it really looked sketchy...unsafe.... The room terrible...stains..dirt....rust....bad patch jobs on walls...yellow tub...rust around faucet...crack out of top of mirror...sheets were not fresh...pillows look slept on....no way to get my money back...we left....and did not stay there...we literally were afraid to even sit on the bed. Bad Hotel i do not recommend."

"Room had no kitchen. Balcony door did not open the first night. It was fixed around 4pm the next day. Little make ready issues in the room but as it was just myself in the room I managed. "

"Beautiful property, great location, friendly helpful staff. The only thing we'd like to see upgraded to coincide with the room rate, woukd be a warm breakfast offering (eggs, bacon, etc.) rather than just high-carb stuff like bagels, muffins, and cereal. Other than that, we enjoy staying here."

"Upon arrival, the staff seemed serious and not very welcoming. They were efficient enough though. At a quick glance, the room did not seem like it was dirty. Once we settled in, we noticed little gnats flying around the room. Then we noticed stains on the walls, crumbs on the floor and the musty scent became harder to ignore. We were glad it was just a one night stay. Despite the fact that the room did not meet our expectations for general cleanliness, we managed to rest well. The gentleman manning the front desk the next morning was welcoming and accommodating."
