"We had a nice stay at Theo Hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, which comfortably slept 6 people and had its own pool. Customer service was top notch and the staff was very accommodating and caring. Giannis was really nice to me and my family and made sure we were taken care of at breakfast. The only drawback of the hotel is being situated on top of a hill and there are a lot of stairs. But the views are amazing and there is a convenient elevator to get down to the beach. "The rooms were spacious, the buffet breakfast delicious and the staff was very friendly. However, our key didn't work. I had to go to the lobby 7 times for this, which was a hassle. Also, in a 5 star resort there should be some things for kids to play with in the pool and more pampering amenities in the room, beside the obligatory shower cap. Also, a free shuttle to Chania would have been a big advantage. "
