"The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."

"Good hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms."

"Positives were the parking and the helpful member of staff I encountered. But the building is in major need of an overhaul, as you walk through there is a smell of damp and everything is very retro. No room keys/cards it’s a pin entry system on each bedroom and has a prison feel to it. Overall fine for a one night stay but I wouldn’t want to have a week based out of Tor Park."

"Was really disappointed with our stay , checking in was straightforward and the room was okay. We ordered a drink to the pool and they took over half an hour to arrive. Staff were rude when dealing with this issue. The following day after we left the hotel. The hotel took £100 from my bank account and accused us of smoking in our room when we certainly were not. We were on the down stairs floor with people smoking outside , therefore smoke was coming into our window. When trying to resolve this issue with the hotel. They were uncooperative and unprofessional , they refused to refund our funds. Will certainly not be visiting this hotel again."
