"Staff were very kind and helpful. The suite was a little dated but clean. The location was perfect , right by the old town shopping street lines with restaurants, 10min walk from train station and 3 minutes from cathedral. The only downside was not having working elevator to carry suitcases through winding stairs to and from 4th floor room. "

"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. "Hübsche kleine Wohnung im Zentrum von Biel. In wenigen Gehminuten vom Zentrum, der Altstadt und des Bahnhofs liegt diese modern ausgestattete, kleine Wohnung. Das Gebäude ist zwar etwas älter, aber die Wohnung und vor allem die Küche sind mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt in der Stadt braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Essmöglichkeiten gibt es gleich vor der Tür oder in 5min Umkreis."

"It's in a quiet residential area. Not too far to highway. About 15 minutes walk to nearest shop or restaurant A good size studio..Pretty complete appliances like fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave.. even a nespresso machine... The little heated swimming pool and hot tub was awesome..Unfortunately the owner/manager speaks French only.. and all informations also only written in French..."

"I would definitely stay here again. Room is very nice and spacious. View out of the window was great. Breakfast was very expensive but it was good and had a wide selection of food. Once you get up the escalator from the train station, the hotel is right there which was nice since it was raining the day we arrived. "

"Clean room. Staffs are helpful and nice. Very convenient spot. I have got the roof top room and the window at the roof are just very very nice to get natural light from the sky. The toilet are massive with two sinks which is quite rare as in most hotel. Little downside is that the bed is a bit squeaky even with just body rotation but overall it is very good and I will recommend it."

"everything is smart in this hotel. after online check in, I could use my phone as a key to open the gate and the door of my room. the public area is beautiful with a huge kitchen. the rooftop is nice and I could enjoy myself with a drink. it is at the centre of the city so it is convenient but a bit noisy at night at there are some restaurants and bars down below. "
