"The taxi drivers could not locate the place and left us stranded. It was under reconstruction. Had been identified as having a free Airport shuttle. Buffet breakfast and dinner included, but it was only the breakfast and even that was not available on our departure day. Expedia you did a crappy job!"

We were Half Board and the breakfast and dinner was amazing. I'd go as far to say the dinner is a la carte quality. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. "While the hotel was clean and very nice, our room did not have hot water during our three night stay. The staff ensured us they had shared the issue with management, although no one resolved the problem. We were told two rooms lacked hot water and one was ours. I’m rating the hotel a four as it was a great location for day trips to the islands and other than the lack of hot water quite lovely. Complimentary breakfast was just okay.
