"Amazing stay at Palazzo Castriotta.
Our host did everything to make our stay magical with recommendations for beaches, exceptional places, restaurants... a big wow. We stayed 4 days. The family room was impeccable and what can we say about the homemade lunch to be had in the garden and the lovely lady who served the coffee and welcomed us. A magnificent address for visiting Salento!"

"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest
No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better.
I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."
