Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities

Good location but.....

Not a b&b, just a rented room. I paid for room with a sea view, never hot one, told agent on check in, I was told she would get back to me that afternoon. 7 days later not a word. Towels changed just once, toiletries not supplied as needed. Shutters not working until the last day Location was good as was lido rivabella which had complimentary beds
