Just across the road from the mall, we walked to/from MBK every day as this was the drop off point for tours. Gym was very nice with very cool towels in the fridge. The boat service also made it really convenient to cross to the other side.
The only downside was the traffic in the area was chaotic, so expect Grab rides to be lonnnnng. However, taking public transport was very convenient with the station located right outside the hotel (Taking the public transport will save you time over taking Grab)
