"I had an exceptional time at this hotel. They were very accommodating with my arrival time and exceeded my expectations of friendliness and hospitality. This is one of the best experiences I had at a hotel in Washington D.C. and the room sizes were great. Would definitely stay here again. One thing I would add, please put recycling bins in the lobby."

"Fairfield is a very comfortable great hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and well designed with necessary appliances (fridge, microwave, iron with table). It’s a safe area near police department and well located near fast foods. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the window curtain connecting outside was transparent. There isn’t a second curtain covering it as its stops only on the edges. Staff is very courteous, respectful, kind and professional. Thank you very much to Mr. Shawn for kindly checking us in and Mr. Chris for kindly checking us out. thanks The deposit is lower than the other hotels near by. The breakfast is very delicious "

"Spacious rooms clean and good location "

"The property and staff was kind and the room and ares were very clean- I would have given a 5 Star-But I arrived on a Thursday Night to visit my Duaghter whos is college and she and a friend came over to get away from Campus to relax- That was the last thing we were able to do becuase there was so much loud music at night till 3:30 am in the morning during each night we stayed- I thought it was the floor over me and they I call and complained and they informed that it was the club next door to the hotel and that they have complained for years. I reviewed the guess sheet for a warning or disclaimer of some sort and there was none posted. It was very disheartening, as we barely could get any rest until the club closed; which caused us to oversleep and even miss the complimentary breakfast one of the mornings. Other than this issue then hotel is nice clean and the breakfast was very good."

"The breakfast was very limited and not very good. At other hotels I have seen muffins, yogurt and hot chocolate, even waffles. None of these were offered - simply eggs, pancakes, toast and sausage every day. The variety was limited and did not change in our four day stay except one day they had french toast sticks."
