"The rooms were clean, modern, with a good workspace. Great downtown location, close to restaurants and shops. On-site parking situation was okay because it was not busy, but I can imagine parking would be less than ideal in peak season. There are 6 on-site parking spots, and you must give keys to the front desk when parked at the hotel - cost is $30/day. Otherwise, parking is on the street or in the city garage a few blocks away at $15/day."

"We have always chosen to stay at this hotel when flying out, mainly because of the convenient park-and-fly option and airport shuttle. It’s very helpful to be able to leave our car at the hotel, and it’s more affordable than airport parking. However, during our most recent stay, we arrived back in Bozeman around midnight and called the front desk, as we usually do, to request the airport shuttle. To our surprise, we were informed that the shuttle no longer operates in the evening and now only runs from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM. As a result, we had to arrange an Uber to get back to the hotel. While we’ve appreciated this hotel in the past, the limited shuttle hours are a significant inconvenience. We will likely consider other hotels with evening airport shuttle service for future trips."

"The stay was awesome. However we had trouble getting into our rooms. The battery in the door itself had to be manually changed. So It took a while to get into our room waiting for a maintenance person to get there and unlock the door."

"The only reason for the four stars is because I felt like their text check in system sent way too many messages. Additionally, the keyless entry lock on our door was frozen so we had to hunt somebody down to get an actual physical key and once we had that, even then, we had issues getting into the room. The room decor was really cute and the amenities were sweet but the bed was very low to the ground (hard for someone with mobility challenges) and the room was extremely small with nowhere to put your luggage leaving us feeling like we were snaking around trying to not trip over our stuff or the platform bed. I’d say this is a cute place for a quick girls trip or for someone without much luggage but keep the size of the room in mind. Would still recommend if these things aren’t a deal breaker for you. "
