"In a jet lagged moment upon landing in Vancouver from Europe, I accidentally booked the wrong night. I called the hotel and they were able to switch it to the correct night and even upgrade me for free when my original room wasn’t available. "I was really impressed by this motel! The room was clean and comfortable but what really stood out was the service from the staff. Not only were they friendly and professional but they went out of their way to help me and even followed up to make sure everything was fine. Service that went beyond that found in much pricier hotels! I booked there because they were pet friendly and did charge a lot extra per day for the dogs to stay but I will stay again because of their great service."
